Sales Manager Denmark

Position

  • In charge of the Sales function in Denmark where one more sales person is working.
  • Responsible for all aspects of sales and the entire sales process in Denmark.
  • Responsible for a territory and strategic accounts in Denmark.
  • Prospect new customers and develop existing client relationships.
  • Work in and supported by a matrix organization (Professional Services, Support, Finance, R&D and Sales)
  • Together with the other sales person, develop sales revenue from new and existing accounts with the primary emphasis on developing new business.
  • Build and develop the company’s brand and represent the company at relevant events.
  • Ensure the execution of strategic and operational marketing and sales activities.
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Manage forecasting and pipelines
  • Advise on market demand into the product roadmap.
  • Frequent travel in Denmark.
  • Report to the Sales Director, based in Sweden.

Profile

  • Well-organized, good team player, leadership qualities, strong self-motivation and excellent networking skills.
  • Systematic work approach, ability to work in a longer perspective, able to deliver the highest standards of customer service and fully understand the products and services provided by their company.
  • Familiar with work in a matrix organization.
  • Familiar with CRM.
  • Fluent Danish, good level of English.
  • Likes to travel and be on the road in Denmark.
  • Solid sales management experience, proven track record of customer prospection and maintaining quality relationships with existing customers.
  • Proven track record selling B2B solutions and complex sales.
  • Experience from key accounts, business negotiations and quotations.
