Sales Manager Norway

Position

  • Develop sales revenue from new and existing accounts with the primary emphasis on developing new business in both LCV and HCV with a focus on Telematics/FMS
  • Responsible for all aspects of sales and the entire sales process in the given territory.
  • Prospect new customers and develop existing client relationships within the given sector and territory.
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Build and develop Vehco’s brand and represent the company at relevant events.
  • Ensure the execution of strategic and operational marketing and sales activities.
  • Manage forecasting and pipelines with Vehco CRM tools.
  • Frequent travel in Norway.
  • Report to the Nordic Sales Manager, based in Sweden.

Profile

  • Solid commercial experience, proven track record of customer prospection and maintaining quality relationships with existing customers.
  • Experience from selling B2B solutions and/or products, preferably with some technical or IT content.
  • Sales experience from retail outlet selling IT products or home / office electronics could be an interesting alternative background.
  • Some experience from key accounts, business negotiations, and quotations.
  • Likes to work independently, well organized, strong self-motivation.
  • Systematic working approach, ability to work in a longer perspective.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Fluent Norwegian, good level of English.
  • Likes to travel in Norway.
  • Living in Norway, or possibly near Göteborg, Sweden.
